Staff and location are the only good things about this Hotel. smily sheets, dirty grounds. Very tiny small room. No space even for our luggage we were tripping over it. I came up early before check-in time and they told me room not ready gave me key to luggage room to move my luggages there. And same when i returned gave me keys to take my luggages and return key !! I sent a 3 pieces laundry after 2 days i asked about it and found it in reception but 4 pieces :) . They gave me other guest laundry. I dont recommend unless you have to.

We arrived from the airport on the Leonardo Express which took us to Termini. From there this lodging is two blocks. Very close and easy to find. It was raining but there are several restaurants and little shops. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk was pleasant.

Lovely hotel in a great location, just a few minutes walk from Termini station and lots of great restaurants. All the major attraction are either walkable or one or two metro stops away. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

We really reccomend staying at Exe Domus Aurea. This hotel made our trip to Rome better, mostly because the staff was very pleasant. We adored Luca, the receptionist, because he was very helpful and friendly, he gave us great advice on the restaurants nearby and interesting places to see in Rome. Also, the cleaning service was the best we have ever experienced. Every day, there were brand-new sheets and towels in our room. The breakfast was exeptional, we had a terrific view from the roof while we enjoyed our lovely meal.

Quiet old hotel, not so much clean. So nasty smells near the elevator Rooms are very tiny but quiet even on the street. Two positive points: - very near from Termini train station 5 to 10 minutes foot walk - breakfast on the roof top ; not exceptional for the food
